Pick-up at the hotel/ airport, then the group immediately jumps into a vehicle and heads to Semonkong known as 'The Place of Smoke'. The place boasts the spectacular Maletsunyane Falls which thunder from a height of 206m and is one of the highest single-drop waterfalls in Africa. The journey will be explored through the rugged mountains of Lesotho with experienced guides.
On their arrival, we leave our vehicle at Semonkong lodge and jump on well-trained and tamed Basotho ponies to go and see the mighty Maletsunyane waterfalls. Those who do not want to see the waterfall can trek to various valleys and gorges around the Semonkong area.
