Mountain Biking Tour – 14 Nights / 15 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Maseru and Roma Valley Ride
Depending on the flight arrival
Pick up at Maseru Airport and transfer to the lodge for bike setup, followed by a valley ride. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the student pub, including a local barbecue and a Maluti beer.

Rest day or optional ride around Maletsunyane Falls (204 meters) near Semonkong.

Day 7: Lesotho Mountain Ride
Depart after breakfast for the day’s ride.

Depart after breakfast for the Dam Loop ride.

Day 9: Transfer to Northern Drakensberg
Depart after breakfast and exit Lesotho via the Maseru Bridge Border Post.
Travel through the Orange Free State, stopping for lunch in Clarens. After lunch, continue via Golden Gate National Park, arriving at the lodge in the Northern Drakensberg in the late afternoon.
Overnight: Guest Farmhouse
Northern Drakensberg and Midlands MTB Tour – 5 Nights / 6 Days
Transfer: Maseru to Winterton
Overnight: Guest Farmhouse
Day 10: Glenside Farm Ride
Breakfast at the guest farm.
50 km cycle on paths and farm roads, starting and finishing at Glenside.

Lunch on route.

Day 11: Champagne Valley Ride
Breakfast at the guest farm.
Transfer to Champagne Valley (30 minutes).
30 km cycle through the Myddelton Valley.
Route Details:

5 km farm roads
Lunch at the end of the trail.
Overnight: Guest Farmhouse
Day 12: Midlands Meander Ride
Breakfast at the guest farm.
Transfer to Creighton Guest Farm (approximately 2.5 hours).
You may either enjoy a leisure day or cycle 25 km along the Midlands Meander.
Lunch on route.
Overnight: Guest Farmhouse
Day 13: Myddelton Mountain Bike Trails
Breakfast at Myddelton.
50 km cycle on MTB trails and farm roads, starting and finishing at Myddelton.
Route Details:

20 km farm roads
Lunch at Myddelton.
Enjoy a 1-hour sports massage, followed by dinner.
Overnight: Guest Farmhouse
Day 14: Forestry Trails to Hilton
Breakfast at Myddelton.
Transfer to Pickle Pot Café (approximately 1 hour).
60 km cycle along forestry roads and MTB trails to Hilton.
Meet at the hotel.

Day 15: Departure
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to King Shaka International Airport / Durban Airport (approximately 1.5 hours).
